Enterbrain has announced the newest piece of information about RPG Maker VX. As spoken by Arts Kawashima:

We had to clean up water that a co-worker spilled on the floor with a dust rag. The one who spilled it was Director M. He just stared at us for a moment and said "I see. It's Bee Mario!", before leaving, him being the only one that understood.

Today I will explain one the of event commands, the "Expression Icon Display"

Expression Icon Display

In order to express feelings such as "!" and "?" with icons, we have Expression Icons, which can imply a variety of faces.
Even though we had the images compiled in our previous work, making the icon appear took a bit of work.
Therefore, this time we've prepared them as event commands, meaning that you can easily display them.

Expression Icon Display Config

Just select the player, or one of the event numbers on the map, and choose from 10 kinds of expressions one you wish to display. The expression will automatically display overhead (one panel above the event) at the designated spot. The icon will animate for a short moment and then vanish.
