PR ABS

This is an excellent battle system that was made by the PR Coders. I couldn't find anywhere on here, so I though I would help it circulate. I, by the way, assisted in no way in the creation of this system. Do not credit me.

Here is the original post on reinorpg.com and this is the english post on HB Games. The script is under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 2.5 Brazill License, so you may not use it for commercial games.

How to Use
It's really simple to use. Copy the scripts from the demo, and paste them all in your own project. Just make sure you copy their custom graphics and PRABS.dll and folder.dll in to your own project folder. I've been playing with this for about a week now, so if you have any questions I will do my best to answer them.

I have just finished a customization tutorial that will hopefully help some people out.

Ad Ons
A couple of ad ons here you can include with the system.
HP & SP Guages
Overdrive (Limit Break)

The third one fixes a bug where the items/skills you've hotkeyed doesn't trigger any common events that's linked to them.

It is very possible. All you need are the attacking animations for the sprite you want to use. I'm sure someone around here would be nice enough to create those for you if you can't yourself.

The original author has not been active in nearly three months.

No, I didn't translate it. You can use an online translator for anything that is left though.

It won't work for me sad.gif, idk why I have everything exactly the same as the PRABS v2 demo, all the scripts and events, and I customized one of the characters but it always says something like the SEQUENCE isnt real or w/e... and stuff like that

Explain to me exactly what you did, what the error reads, when do you get the error. All that good stuff.

I'll get on that right now. I also just finished a customization tutorial that I'll upload too.

EDIT: I have just updated the original post with a new download site and the tutorial posted on my own personal site. You should have no problem downloading them from there.

It's not actually that new, and yes, it is epic. I switched from requiem as soon as I found this. I guess it's all in preference though.

Quite frankly I don't think this comes any close to Requiem ABS based in my personal experience since April, 2008 when PRABS was released.

Also, you can contact the authors of the script in the real original topic over at Reino RPG, the team PR Coders is from there.

I apologize for my mis-reference. HB Games was the only place I could find it posted, I'll update my post.

But I like this much better than Requiem ABS. It seems so much cleaner to me. I just wanted to help get this out there because I know it's something that people will find useful.
