just take all the stuff out of requiem demo, rename the project and go from there....not difficult!

That Requiem Masterpiece thing means you're missing base scripts. Did you copy all the scripts down from the demo?
The Audio/BGM/Ghosts thing means that you're missing a sound file called Ghosts. Go into the Database, system tab, and look for "Ghosts". Change it if it's there.

anyone know what the Pick Up item key is? for some reason R8 doesn't have a list of keys, or a way to change them....

anyone know how to change the display of how much gold you recieved? it keeps telling me $33....when im actually getting 5g each time

I found the ghost thingy but I can't remember what thing I downloaded that had it lol. Anyways ABS 8 is working for me, though ABS 9 sounds better because it seems newer, can't find a download link anywhere though as the demo download in the OP doesn't work for me and theo nly one I found online was portugeese.

Also I did copy all the scripts from ABS 8 over to my project, atleast I copied all the scripts that were under material, here:

It's not in the exact same order but I doubt that's the reason, I have the same names though and all the same scripts under materials with the same names.

I read the read.me in ABS 8 but I still dont understand shit on how to create enemies that can fight me.
EDIT: Sry for double post.

EDIT 2: When I try to playtest after copying over the ABS 8 scripts in order over to my project I get the following error:
script 'input' line 134: runtimeerror occurred.
GetProcAddress: InputInitialize or InputInitialize A

You're missing the Input.dll file.
Also, just look at the created enemies in the database/event to figure out how to create enemies.

I added the ABS 8 dll file from the Requiem ABS 8 I downloaded into my RPGMaker VX folder though it still doesnt work. It was the input.dll file, I cant get the shit to work.

May be doing this wrong or writing in the wrong place, new to the forum sorry, but how can i change it so that when ranged weapons dont have any ammo that they can use, it stops the player from attacking, instead of showing the character attack with the bow as if its a sword, and also, if i only set it up so the bow attacks with a wooden arrow using the A key but dont specify anything for the other ammo, pressing the S key results in the bow attacking anyway, firing an arrow, that does damage, and can be used infinite times, how can i stop this? (:

Now if someone has already asked this I apologize, but I was wondering if there was a way to temporarally remove the HP/Mp/Exp bar for cinamatic purposes (it takes away from the realism of the scene blink.gif ) only to be able to return it after the scene for standard play.

If someone has already asked this question then just mention the post# and I will look for it. laugh.gif

You go into the HUD script, change Show_Switch = 0 to whatever # you want the switch to be, turn that switch on ingame to turn off the HUD. Or if it's already off, then turn on that switch to turn it on.
Not sure, didn't check specifically which way it was.

Vlad, I have an issue with your battle system. I'm trying to make a teleport item through common events. Somehow the teleport can only be used when equiped and everytime I use that way, it shows the a 'Miss' Text. I tried setting item to from menu only, etc. Doesn't work that way.

PS: Tyvm for letting me use your system (credited) and I'm trying to make a commercial game. =]
