okay so ive been looking everywhere, i cant find them. help me out guys. like i need all the main characters from all six films, in different costumes and all the ships, GAHHH so much stuff to look for. so heres a list of the stuff i need. its a project me and some friends are working on together, goal is to make the best star wars RPG there is out there.

Hmm... Some of those more famous Jedi are already covered by Pinedavx. http://www.rpgmakervx.com/?p=149 There are three Jedi there. http://www.pinemaker.netai.net/index.php/m...star-wars-chars He's also got Darth Maul, Darth Revan, Darth Malak, and Darth Vader there. Plus Luke Skywalker.

yeah GG is an awesome character, sorry for the misspelling lol. GG will be alot more badass in our rpg than he was in III.

if you are interested in helping out further in the project please do, we need mappers, scripters, artists and people who can generally just through new ideas our way.

A few days back, I was planning on making most of the alien Jedi (Plo Koon, Kit Fisto and all those fun ones...) and droids for my own RPG based off my fanfiction (Go on, laugh.) but lost most of my interest quickly. I do open up the incompleted files from time to time and work on them. If I finish any more, I'll be sure to contact you.

(EDIT) Responding to your edit, there is a XP to VX converter, but do you mean convert to the STYLE of VX? Also... which are the Sith jesters? *Feels dumb*

As a note, those Jedi in the Resource Release are by Pine (the first one) and Weem (the second and third)

Zwall: if you could link me to this converter that would be awesome. and nah thats pretty awesome, what i love about star wars is you can take a pick of a character, or even just create your own jedi, and tie it in with the story. im desperatly after battle droids and destroyer droids. i LOVE the destroyer droids.

I was thinking about how to do destroyers as sprites. They'd be a bit hard, I think, due to all the parts and the limited space. Battle droids shouldn't be too hard in comparison.

But there is more to converting these to VX than just chopping off one column. They are XP sized.

You need to decide whether u want XP or VX stuff or you will waste people's time finding the wrong stuff

thanks zwall but yeah they are XP sized, i need VX styled ones. sorry im not too good with making them and all that jazz. so if i cut one side off, will they still work or will they look rediculous next to VX characters? *confusion!*

Well, I just spent some time trying to do an XP => VX convert on those star wars chars -
Sith jester did a great job, but they are all wrong for VX - the heads are too small to just stick 'em on a body.

also zwall i had trouble with the shaak ti character, it seems when i import it into rmvx and i try to use it as a character i can only use small squares of the picture instead of an entire frame of that character =[

I'm not sure if this would work with you for the ships, but here:

For the character sprite problem, you need to have a $ sign before the name.

e.g. Bob should be $Bob

It changes the RMVX reads the sprite, so it wouldn't read it as a 8x12 (4 different characters.) But, as a 3x4 (A single character.)

You can also find most graphical resources either via Google Images or by searching at any of these sites.

Each has a search function, RPG REVOLUTION, also has my stash of resource links that they so kindly copy and pasted out of my post and put it in their sticky under "Other, without even crediting me or hearing my approval (They even have my comments.) Even though they said they'd credit to known contributers it's been about 4-5 months and still nothing. Sorry bout, that I kinda went off on a mini-rant there.

Most of the sound resources can be found by googling things like "Free Sound Effects", and then browsing from there. As far a legit music, (From the movies) stay away from that, the copy right BS is not worth it.

Yeah i know thanks for the heads up, ive always wanted to make a really good SW RPG, always had the ideas but i could never get past collecting resources, but im determined to do it, im shocked my intro to the game though, feels like a star wars movie. its awesome.

i most importantly need a yoda!!
