yea just a request you always have the power to say hell no lol. Oh and if you do rewrite this script and stuff other thing I have requested in the past is the reserves area be compatible with mack sprites. Thanx Sky!

BIG problem...you cannot press down if you dont have more party members even if you have 2 or 3,it glitches and gives u error that states that it needs to show you another members stats but there is none so it glitches ^^,i recently been studying this coding so imma try fix myself but maybe u faster.

Since at the moment the team I work for is on a break, I think I will finally revamp this and attempt to fix the errors. However now that my main laptop is messed up it may take a while since i am using a laptop from the early 2000's late 90's with only 10Gb of space. So I may have to wait until I get a new hard drive or figure out how to repair it myself I won't be able to get to this.

sky! this script is awesome!
but i've found 2 problems in this scripts :
1. You must have 4 members or more (as mentioned above)
2. When you disable the save access,the one that disabled is the party menu,not the save menu
I hope you'll be looking for it if you have time..thanks a bunch!

Thank you this script works wonders, the only issue im having is if I remove someone from the party through events then I have to completely re-add them though events for them to show up in the reserve, is there a way around this?

Well, I hope I'm not breaking a necrobump rule by doing this, but...

I'm in the process of creating a game with the RPG Maker VX, and I thought it was cool. But afterwards, I didn't think the party options default did not suit me well enough, so I started looking online and I found this script.

So, I tried out the demo, and...okay, you have four party members and the other two get put in reserve...

See, the situation I am in is that...I want to follow the bandwagon and go with the standard RPG principle of a three-man party. So, using the 0% scripting/coding experience I had, I did this:

Ctrl + F -> 4 -> Replace all 4s with 3s.

It seemed to work for a bit until I ran into a small problem:

In a (plot) event I made, a character joins the party. There are already 3 members in the party. The 4th should be placed in Reserve. It is not. It is instead added to the 4th party slot which should not exist.

Furthermore, it also appears that the character that I put into the party appears in both the battle party and the Reserve Menu, making my life even more complicated. Fixes for this situation?

I have the other scripts (the EXP Add-On and Wortana's whatever script are in the right order), by the way.

Also, as a note, where exactly can I put the "$STUCK.insert(0,n)" line without the game going ka-bloom?

I'm sorry, it took forever and some have left the script, because of it but i don't really support this script anymore... But just because i see people really seem to keep asking... i fixed the less than 4 char problem. I hope everything works for you guys as i am not planning on looking through the script to fix more. I have gotten better at scripting and i made a new party script a while back just so ya know.
