Final Fantasy XIII Command Synergy Battle System

USAGE: YOU CANNOT USE THIS SCRIPT IN COMMERCIAL PROJECTS - NON-COMMERCIAL ARE FINE.
(Tell me if I have to change something - my computer can't read Japanese letters.)

In the beggining I say that I asked Naridar from RPG RPG Revolution if I can post it here, and he said "yes".

Introduction & Features
Spoiler:
This Battle System allows to do battles similiar to those from Final Fantasy XIII. It allows for:
  • Changing Paradigms in the middle of battle via A button.
  • Show enemies' quick status (ActualHP/MaxHP, ActualMP, and Break/Stagger gauge) via S button.
  • Set initial roles to characters.
  • Change Paradigms' & Roles' names.
  • In-depth customisation of Break duration, abilities' capabilities, and lots more.
  • Change break vocabulary (name's look depends on used font).
And lots more.
Sadly current battle roles are not displayed in combat.

Takentai would be far harder then this.

Seen this over at RRR, quite an interesting script, but sadly it doesn't fully recreate the FFXIII system yet.

Well we wouldn't really want an exact replica. We need some genericity.
So I personally like it as-is.
As for US paradigm names, change 'em yourself. Takes no more than ten minutes. dry.gif

If this gets alittle more attention from scripters it could even rival Takentai. Dont know about surpass. Its so cool because its fast paced and just *drools*.

Brilliant script. As everyone else has said, it could rival Takentai
If no one's noticed, the website has lots of other battle systems as well. Including a card battle system.
Too bad they aren't in English...

When an enemy collapses, It's annoying that you keep targetting the dead monster because it's first in window_command. How can you edit that?
And Yami, could you post the cardbattle system biggrin.gif I can't find it

i got the same problem too.
i was thinking about using other scripts which i did, but this seems to be a character level problem. So i was think of just eliminating the level system altogether and well make it a little closer to final fantasy 13 like system. but I'm not entirely sure if its the level that makes it like that since i got through one battle fine but the next battle stop me immediately

EDIT: I also have a question. like u know how there is that stagger right.
How do i modify the stagger rate. that part confused me the most. since i look through it. If u know where it is please point it out this would help out a lot. thanks
EDIT: i figured it out after search around
now only a new problem arise is that i can't seem to get
the optima battle system (paradigm shift) and KGC_CategorizeSkill go be compatible during battle. all in all Cure works but all the other ability plain out doesn't work at all, the only thing it seems is that there i a problem during battle that the organization seems to interfere with. Also when switch paradigm's the battle command does not refresh itself so some of the commands have the invalid color but is still valid.
Edit: Well i got Paradigm Shift and KGC_CategorizeSkill to work. just an error on some true and false statement.
Now the part that i need to get is that how to make License Board Work in along side Paradigm System
i fidured it out after tinkering with the menu status thingy. i also figured out how to place the optima bar on top.
