In case you don't know, here's how to add them:
1.) Place the transition in your game's Graphics/Systems
2.) Rename it to "BattleStart

If you want to customize your transition more, go to your Script Editor, and find Scene_Map
Search for this code:
Graphics.transition(80, "Graphics/System/BattleStart", 80)
Here's the format:
Graphics.transition(duration, "Graphics/System/filename", blend value)
duration = the higher the value, the longer the transition
filename = default is "BattleStart". Purely optional.
blend value = the higher the value, the faster the lighter parts become darker.
