There is a .PSD plug-in for Paint.net, do you believe that this will be compatible with that? If so, I would keep this close at all times!
![]() Of course it will, I'm so silly This post has been edited by Guth: Jul 13 2010, 11:30 PM -------------------- |

This is a great idea! Would you mind if I drew a few more pieces for the set, or made an RTP version or something? XD I don't have any concrete ideas off the top of my head, but I'd like to expand on this somehow, y'know?

This generator is merely a backbone and provides simple things, but is always open for an expansion. |

If you would like to add a link to the plugin for Paint.net (It works great, thanks for creating it!) you can find it here.

If you would like to add a link to the plugin for Paint.net (It works great, thanks for creating it!) you can find it here. Since many people use Paint.net, I'll put this in the OP. So it works without any flaws whatsover? All the layers and layersets are still intact? |

Yes, it works 100% without any flaws. (I used the plug-in a long time ago when you released your Harvest Moon sprites. That worked fine as well.) I had a lot of fun checking through the layers and looking at the different parts you included.
In fact, it was a HUGE help with me, since it helped me change something from just a recolor to a new character. I use the pigtail as a ponytail and all is well! Although, there aren't any "Layer sets", just the layers an names. They are still organized quite nicely though. This post has been edited by Guth: Jul 14 2010, 12:35 AM -------------------- |

Very Nice tool is there an chance of Sprite generator that does the same thing for people who can't create sprite-sets to match their faces?

Now this is amazing! Very useful! But I'm not sure how to open .psd files in GIMP. I assume there's a plugin, but I can't seem to find one that works. :x

We can also add new layers, share them and upload a new .psd~~ Let's see.. Please do! If any of you make new stuff for it, just upload it in a new PSD file and I will organize everything in 1 global PSD file. Oh I see, it's the same with GIMP, it loses all its layersets. Good thing I named all the layers. Now this is amazing! Very useful! But I'm not sure how to open .psd files in GIMP. I assume there's a plugin, but I can't seem to find one that works. :x I seem to be able to open the .PSD file just fine in GIMP. You just go to File > Open and then find the file. No plugin required. To everyone about the sprites suggestions; I think the famitsu generator would be enough. Plus making them myself would be hard to match the facesets, as I made the face generator in a way that the user can customize everything. It would be hard to translate each effect to a sprite. So I'm just gonna keep it to faces |

This is pretty sweet. Especially combined with Juggsywuggsy's pieces: http://www.rpgmakervx.net/index.php?showto...&hl=faceset I wouldn't try to combine them, except for the clothes. All the hair, eyes, noses etc in the .PSD file fit perfectly on the base skin. The pieces in that thread are not made for this skin, thus won't fit on it and you'll get a strange looking RTP face. |
