1. First you need to download this program called ResHack
http://delphi.icm.edu.pl/ftp/tools/ResHack.zip 2. Extract it and Run it. Go to File> Open then locate the Game.exe(RGSS2 Player) of your project  3. Go to Action>Replace icon...  4. Click open file with new icon 5. Then Click Replace.  6. Check your RGSS2 Player. It should be different now.

I beleive you can save images to icons in gimp aswell by saving it as an .ico file.

If you have coreldraw, it will also work. just export the image as an ICO file.

Yeh awesome! U cn also get the ICL Icon Extractor/Searcher. This searches ur whole computer for icons, displays them and lets you save them as ICO files so u dont have 2 search them manually. I'll post it in the downloads section. link coming soon.
NB: It's quite fast. But usually, people hav minimum of 20,000 icons in their computer (32x32, 16x16 and 48x48). It'll take a while to get all of them, but u can stop it halfway through when u find a good 32x32 icon. -------------------- Current game:

I googled "Playstation 1 Icon" and found this site. There is an option there to download as a .ICO file, hope this helped

Also you can create a icon using ms paint than resize it with photoshop. Hold shift will free transforming to keep the image in proportion.

um I created my icon file and whatnot, I opened up the gamne icon in the program and did the replace icon thing and it didnt work?
