How To Make The Baddies Appear And Reappear!

Well most of you know how I am sure but when people new get to this site they will know how to do it!
OH! And this is for RPGMAKERVX only!

1st:

Spoiler:

Make an event


Step 2

Spoiler:

Give your event a Graphic
(this is located in the bottom left of the event page)
make sure your graphic is in the Character folder of your Graphics folder in your game folder.
The graphic should be 96x128
and should look something like this



and make sure the name allways begins with a "$" ALLWAYS!!!
(only a single sprite sheet like the one above needs a $)


Step 3

Spoiler:

Make sure you have the option "Walking Animation" checked
(this is found just under the Graphics area)
Also Next to this, in the Priority Area,
make sure it is set to "Same as Characters",
and under that the "Trigger" should be
"Player Touch".


Step 4

Spoiler:

Double click the area to the right that says
"List of Event Commands:" just above it.
or right click, the click Insert
go to the third tab, and click on the Battle Processing button.
pick the battle troop you will want the battle to have.
In this case its a wolf pack for me!
Now that you have selected the troop,
pick if you want to be able to run from battle or not I pick yes for the Example, now press OK!
Now you should have something like this:

" @>Battle Processing: Wolf Pack
:If Win
@>
:If Escape
@>
:Branch End
@> "

Ok now comes the tricky stuff!
Under the "If Win"
you see "@>"
Double click this line now go to the first tab,
and go down to "Game Progressian", and click on
"Control Self Switch..."tab.
Now on the drop down box put it on "A"
and Operation put to "ON",
and click OK!

Now do the same thing for "If Escape"
but change the Self Switch drop down to "B"
and click OK!

Half way done now!
here is a pic of how it should look!




OK Now!
5th

Spoiler:

Now go to the the top of the event page
and click "New Event Page",
Now you have 2 tabs above the conditions area, one empty and the other has what we just did oh by the way now would be a good time to go down to the bottom and click Apply to save the progress!


6th

Spoiler:

In the conditions area Check mark the
"Self Switch" box and make sure its on "A".
Now on the "List of Event Commands:",
right click/insert or double click,
go to the second tab, then go to "wait"
put it on about 100 frame(s),
this is how long it will take for the monster to respawn(the higher the number the longer the wait), now click ok.


7th

Spoiler:

Now Under what you just made,
right click/insert or double click,
now go to "Control Self Switch" again put it on "A" and make sure it is on "Off", and click OK.

8th

Spoiler:

Now go Over to "Priority", put it on "Below Characters".
Next go to "Trigger",
and it must be on this "Parallel Process".


9th

Spoiler:

Now Click Apply and OK.
and now you have a respawning enemy!!!!
YAY!!!!
