This is a urgent message! (If I am in wrong forum I am so sorry)
I have been using my RPGM VX for some time now. I have a ton of demos and a few projects started too. I haven't used my Full Screen option much if any. I get a weird color code bar picture when I use my play in full screen option and then it displays a three or for solid colors across the whole screen and this repeats but my game plays still. I have a 1920 x 1080 monitor and am running Windows 7 OS. My game runs fine as long as I am not in Full screen mode. For the love of all things good someone please help me fix this..now would be nice. This will cause my demos and games not to be able to be played by others. Would a widescreen monitor cause that problem? No
Would the "Intel� Media Graphics Accelerator" cause problems? No Would a compatability option in the properties tab for the application of VX or the RGSS2 be needed? No Let me think about it. Its related to the display adapter, I believe. Even though you have a new computer, you should check your video card's manufacturer's site for any updates. Just in case. Edit: Here's a couple options. I will do what I can, but this is primarily a pc issue, not VX in general. I do enough tech support in my professional life.  1. Make sure in the F1 settings, you check the Reduce Screen Flicker. 2. Head to manufacturer's site for updates to motherboard chipset, video card. If you have onboard video, they should be all on one site. 3. If your display adapter allows it, turn on hardware acceleration(or off, really depends on the situation). 4. Bump!
This is what I have tried. 1-.-I have updated my video divers and even turned off the intel accelerator I had going. 2-.-I have tried changing the compatability of my RGSS2 and VX application itself too. 3-.-I have asked for help on this forum...but none besides update your drivers. 4-.-Restarted my computer. Just to check. 5-.-Will be banging head against wall. Does the 64 bit interfere with VX? Re-Edit: Found out it does the same thing to my SNES emulator too. So it's not just VX on my computer. Quit being a baby. I gave you every option available and since it does this to other programs on your pc, its not a VX issue. Try browsing PC support websites for a solution.
