This is the moment you've all been waiting for. The results of the 2010 Member Awards. This year, we're also including some special awards directly from the staff.

Game Awards

RMVX Game of the Year (Complete) - The absolute best of the best 2010 completed games.

Community Awards

Most Helpful - If there's a question, this member has likely answered it many, many times; this member frequently and often gives out a lot of his or her own time to assist and support other members out of their good nature, typically with great results.

Funniest User - A humorous member that loves to make jokes, and crack his or her own can of charm and wit open upon the boards.

Most Friendly - Never has a mean word or spiteful thought crossed into their posts! Most Friendly is the ultimate nice person in the community. He or she always has insightful comments that help others, is welcoming and friendly to every poster, and brings a bright presence to every thread he or she posts in!

Rising Star - An increasingly popular member, not quite at the top, but is rapidly getting there.

Member of the Year - A user with the overall qualities listed above.

User We Miss the Most - A member who is missing or departed that we would love to see again.

Mr. RMVX - This boy is the embodiment of the male RMVX.net userbase. He is friendly, useful in some way or another, LOVES RMVX.net, and most of all, is very handsome!

Ms. RMVX - This girl is the embodiment of the female RMVX.net userbase. She is friendly, useful in some way or another, LOVES RMVX.net, and most of all, is very beautiful!

Skill-Related Awards

Best Artist - Whether its within game development, or out of game development, this member has amazing artistic/graphical talent.

Best Pixel Artist - A member talented in the area of pixel art. This includes sprites, tiles, and other pixel creations.

Best Writer - A great story-teller, poet, journalist, or that his/her game writing is outstanding.

Best Musician - A user that creates outstanding music.

Best Scripter - A member that provides excellent scripts.

Best Tutorial - A very helpful tutorial.

Most Popular IRC User - A well-known user of the IRC.

Most Productive Staff - A member of the staff that is always working hard.

Best Moderator - The moderator who clearly has the most skills in the business of moderating, and handles their dominion with the greatest aplomb.

Favorite Staff - A well-liked member of the staff.

Most Helpful Staff - A member of the staff that is always willing to help.

Now, onto the special awards given out directly by the staff.

Welp. I guess this finalizes it, eh?

Sevith and Jonny's Rockin' Adventure is officially the best game of the year, and one of the best games on the site. Not that there was any doubt, but it's nice having it emblazoned in golden Ookiefied glory. This also means that when I release the "Game of the Year" edition, it'll be justified.

If any of you haven't played it yet, you no longer have an excuse not to.
