Necrosaro from DQ4 was memorable for me as well. He took very long time to kill, and I miraculously beat him with only few characters left because I kept running away from random battles.

Mine was Luca Blight, when i was a kid i encountered this mad prince that i thought that would be the super-bad ass villain in the whole RPG until i grew up
 not really a final boss fight but a mid-boss fight thing but you will feel like it's the Final boss fight if you are fighting him He's like an immortal insane human being which has no capable powers of being immortal but acts as a demon XD-------------------- I support:

 Dr Eggman from Sonic The Hedgehog (Master System version) The first game I ever played in my life, nothing more to say about the epicness of finishing a game for the first time...and a really epic game  Kefka from ff6 For me at least... since that game really was the peak of my "rpg playing childhood".... and the game is epic

Final Boss - Sulfur from Phantom Brave (PSP version)
I will admit I went into the fight with nostalgic memories from the PS2 version and thought I could coast through his fight. He beat down most of my guys and I was lucky to get out with my two weakest units to dish the final shots at him. Secret Boss - Baal (Disgea PSP version Etna-mode) When I finally could beat Baal with Laharl's mode and take down Prinny Baal it was with stealing his armor to dish out enough damage and have a sacrifice to absorb the hit. Etna's mode shocked me to no end since not only did I need to deal that but also the prinny helping him caused a huge change up. I had to quit the match and quickly start plotting out who needed to do what before the fight and if I had grinded enough levels to challenge such a beast. --------------------  |
