Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES)
I've played it as a kid for so long I can clear every stage, every wandering Bro, every castle, every ship straight. No flutes. No using of spare items. No losing lives. No mercy. D: < (I've reach 99 lives in it in World 6. XD) -------------------- ......And yes. I do take those personality quizzes too. Just check my profile page for my results. Want a beta-tester? Someone to comment/suggest to your project? Or just another sucker to lure into how awesome your game is? I can fill up that role (minus the sucker part, mind you). PM me and I will drop by your project thread. Who knows? If I'm interested, I'll stick around with my own free will! ====================================== ![]() No. We're evil staff, we all suck. @Emmych:
Well, he is paralyzed by using Hades for a turn, then he starts moving again. What makes me mad about Ruby is that he absorbs 2 of your battlers, if they are not dead. At some point, whether or not it was a bug, Ruby put his arms under the sand (meaning that he is not going to absorb anyone), as 2 of my people were dead (Barret and Yuffie, if I recall), and when I revived them, he absorbed them still, although his arms were still beneath the sand. It was a pain, so I had Cloud use his Omnislash and abuse of it. Further more, his tentacles hit about 75-80% of your HP or MP, if I calculate well, which is by far more than Sephiroth's Meteor... @MarxMayhem: I wish we could trade places. -------------------- |

Everyone I know is a tank at pokemon, and if not, it's because they're not fluent in english or are one year old. You mean if they competitively play each other THEY WILL ALL WIN EQUAL AMOUNTS AND NONE OF THEM WILL EVER BE SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER THAN ANY OF THE OTHERS?! ALL OF THEM?! ALL OF THEM ARE EXACTLY EQUAL?! Because honestly, no some people can in fact be better at pokemon. Whether the people in this thread are correctly assessing their ability or not is another story, but you can, in fact, just be fucking better at it than other people. There is a LOT of strategy going on in higher level competition, though, it tends to settle a bit after each new game set comes out into some set routines, much like you know, CHESS (where the metagame is so studied that there is less variety than there used to be), but that doesn't stop it from having a lot of layers strategically. I don't enjoy competitive pokemon, but to say that EVERYONE is equally good at it is just moronic. |

@Pasch - I agree with Touch. There's a difference between being decent at Pokemon and being a tank. Tanks (like me) are very technical about everything, taking advantage of all the IVs and EVs the different Pokemon receive and/or give. Don't know what that means? Then you aren't a tank.

Yugioh. I always win. @Fayt Saratome: Are you talking about video games or TCG/OCG? I don't really like the games, because the strategy usually is the same for most of the AIs, and there are fewer varieties of decks in there. As in real life, people just play with meta-decks that others have created, making the game boring, as compared to old times, when the game was still young. Personally, I play to have fun and not necessarily to win. -------------------- |
