Mythology: Fall of Olympus is the first game in the upcoming Mythology trilogy. The past year, this game has been going through changes, finally coming into its developmental stages. Here, you will find information for the game, such as story, characters, screenshots, features, demo, credits, and updates. Once upon a time, the land of Olympia was an extravagant, marvelous place. Kingdoms were united and, together, worked hard to better the world. Governed by the Gods of Mt. Olympus, the land was at peace. Everyone was happy.

Overtime, however, all of this changed. Kingdoms began developing at their own pace, and faith in their Gods slowly began to fade away. The Gods began to fight each other, causing many to leave Mt. Olympus, and live the life of humans.

Years later, the world has fallen into despair. With most of the Gods missing, Olympus began to die. And now, a new evil has threatened to plague the land. All seemed to be

The story takes place years later, after a period of time known as the Era of the Lost Kingdoms. When the young Prince of Nero, Merrick, suffers a great lost, a mysterious figure entrusts him with the task of reuniting the kingdoms. Merrick accepts, and will stop at nothing to fulfill his task.

The game looks pretty promising, good luck. If you need someone to help with eventing or writing, I'd be happy to help.

Also, as a Mythology student, I know Hades had no child named Orpheus. You may have just picked a random Greek name and made it Hades' new son, that's fine, but also in Greek Mythology, there was a famous musician named Orpheus, and his wife, Eurydice, was taken from him by Hades, and he went to rescue her. He was told he could have her back if he left the underworld with her following behind him, but he could not look back to see if she was there. At the end of the underworld, he looked back, and Eurydice turned to dust. So, basically, Hades destroyed the life of a man named Orpheus, so it may be confusing to also have Orpheus as Hades' son.

this has no exact place in the timeline. If it becomes an issue i could always say he named the kid that because he hated the kid... for the most part we work to make sure stuff like this doesn't pop up but I think this one is minor and can be explained.

I think the project is very advanced, However, I love greek mithology and the game looks awesome...

I'm curious who did the portrait graphics. The style is so similar, but I can't place it.

Also, *sniff* I know I say credit is not needed, but it seems so sad to not see my name included in the credit list T_T

@celianna for tiles? if so i havent added all my mappers tile credit in yet.... they will be added just waiting for him to finish current maps so i can add them all at onece. thats what im guessing. only thing is game wise tile artists will be at end credits and not opening (only cause only had some much space for opening credits - basically likea movies open credits) and face graphics are johan de vencia or something like that should be listed.

@samgreen also the mapper is from omegadev and his name is skeletonbio
