Another Harvest Moon inspired project! Aside from Separated Destiny, this is a more light-hearted game about farming, interaction with villagers, courtship and many others! The project has started since January 28, 2010, but due to my lack of time and attention span, it is ever slow-progressing. Also; the characters here are most likely 'recycled' from my other games, comics, or friends' OCs, since this game started out a mini, side-project!

Your father was the owner of the big farm back at the Happy Field, and he was loved by everyone in the village. But when he passed away, it was no longer tended to, leaving the life on the farm slowly dying. Three years later, a rich landlord had a contract with the mayor to have a factory built in demolition of the abandoned farm. The mayor contacted you back at the city to inform you about the bad news. Alarmed, your mother had you fly down to the village to take your father's place as a farmer.

As much as you never dreamed of being a farmer, it also isn't easy being a lone city folk in a village, often times getting ridicule from the people of having no green thumb or, to put it simply, you just don't have a single idea about farming. But you are challenged to prove the villagers wrong about yourself and with the help of some friends, most of all, you really have to get your lazy butt off the bed as you only have one year to have the landlord change his mind about building the factory and bringing back Happy Village's old farm to life.

Here's the outside of your house. Here's Jelly, a friendly-neighborhood farmer that
also comes as a marriageable bachelorette that gives you a walk through Happy Field
Village.



The Village Mansion. It's possible that I will be replacing this soon though...



Featuring the farming system! It is greatly influenced by Harvest Moon's style.

I vote 10/10 for the cute title! I love the entire project, it is very appealing. Even the marriageable ladies look pretty. i like mila especially she looks like she could teach me some manners.. rawr! ahhh.. how i hope i was an anime character. :P

I must say that when I first saw this thread pop up in my new posts list I expected something entirely different.

And so, I must say I'm quite impressed. There have been very few of this kind of game that are somehow appealing, and this one is actually done pretty well.

When I saw the clinic screenshot, I was like; "Hey, nice receptionist desk, wonder where they got it from ... OH SHIT THAT'S MINE." I love what you're doing with my resources, can't even recognize them XD

That's definitely the way to use them though!

This game.....soooo good. cant wait for demo.

haven't played this game , but I KNOW THAT IT'S GOING TO BE A Huge success ! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !

This looks amazing...sort of depresses me from my own desire to make a HM style game. xD I might get shot for it. (*probably still will anyway*) But great job so far! And...I would love a little gay or lesbian thrown in... (being a yaoi fangirl ^^')

I'm shocked people are ok with that. I was afraid I'd get put up on a pike if I had any homosexuality in a game I made. xD

Otherwise, the personality and the style is cute and worthy of the HM series. I think I'll just play this one when it comes out. Keep up the good work! =D (PS: I want the carpenter. <.< *snatches him and runs off*)

BTW The Art is amazing. You do a really good job with them. Makes me jealous D:

There's so much competition and this is one of those that's gonna be hard to compete with. But you do a good job. Seeing these games makes me want to work that much harder.

Your game is already miles ahead of mine, I'm sure you'll have a demo soon. :3 These games always take longer.

Ohh wow! The grafix are awsome!!! wants me to hug every single character :] The only thing I would not agree with are those super chibi-fantastic graphics with the XP grafix... they dont go with each other, besides that it's AMAZING!!!! I'm already crazy! @u@ I seriously cant wait for at least the demo!! x)

The art is AMAZING!
And btw, are those turnips in the video on growth hormones?? That was the fastest growing turnip I've ever seen XD

The game and graphics look amazing, this game is really coming together! :)

loljk. those graphic work are super appealing. The new character application is a cool idea, it would turn into somewhat a community game and fatter ingame population yay. too bad i already have 2 of my OC's in there. tehe.

I'd also like to make you a cute, little nature windowskin too; I think the sprites, facesets and windowskins are letting you down. This looks pretty cool! Haven't played Harvest Moon for years, I used to play it on GBA for hours and hours on end so this looks cool~! Will keep an eye on this (:
