Aang and Katara had kids who could airbend, and his youngest son is an airbender who will teach Korra airbending.
So yeah, they were forced to name it The Last Airbender because of Fox who wants to monopolize the word 'Avatar' and to have it only be associated to the James Cameron movie. |

The production was brilliant, don't get me wrong. Just, they tried to fit in too much of the Book of Water in so some events in the movie felt rushed. Plus, yeah, bad acting. Oh well.
On topic, I'm absolutely excited about Korra. After Avatar's success it looks like Nickelodeon's gotten more willing to take bigger risks with the project. The animation quality in some of the scenes in the trailer are mind-blowing. -------------------- I support:
