I do not know if anyone else is having this problem, but the option for ranged enemy attacks does not seem to work.

Are they in a folder called GTBS that is within Graphics/Pictures? If not, that's your problem.

OKay I just downloaded the demo and played it. I noticed a little glitch in the system that allowed me to move my units more than they should have. When I hit cancel a couple of times instead of moving back to the starting position from the begining at the turn I could move even more from the new spot I had moved. Is there anyway to remove this function because can be real annoying to have an evented battle not go as planned.

Im having a little trouble using this. When i try to have the game read some dialouge after the battle, it never works. How can i get it to activate a certain switch once a certain battle has finished?

OMG... This is perfect for my newest project...perfect...
I planned to port an old event-based system I started working on for rm2k to handle the tactical battle system I wanted but this saves me time, and a WHOLE lot of work. -------------------- So I'm sitting here lurking right, and I suddenly realize that I should like... I don't know, contribute?

Hi, I'm sorry if this is a really noobish question but why do I keep getting the error:
"Unable to find the file Graphics/battlers/actor1" The read me says: "2) Import all of the following images from the project folder into your own, or create your own." I imported this list, but it fails to specify 'where', so I imported them into the directory to which RPGVX is saved: "Program files>Enterbrain>RPGVX>System" Under the file headings Graphics/Battlers as the error stated, but I'm still getting the error, I've looked all over the readme and features documents, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Again, I'm sorry if this is painfully obvious, but I've been playing around with this for about 5 hours now and I'm losing hair... Thanks in advance. p.s. Great script, mods for this could be awesome and it's the perfect battle system for a game I'm currently working on. |
