[The Sarcastic Ch...]

So, I figured since I've posted a resource request a few days ago, I should contribute something to this great community, to show a little good will and all that.
Basically I compose music in my spare time, and would like a few challenges, so I'm going to be very bold and leave 5 open slots here.

And I wouldn't want you acquiring the help of someone whose proficiency you don't know,
so here's a link to my FA account, where I've uploaded a few tracks I've made: My music!

As for descriptions, I can work with pretty vague ones. Instrument requests are welcome, but I work
faster and (in my own opinion) better with a little more free reigns.

So here be the slots (had to decrease them to 3 due to loads of schoolwork these weeks), ladies and gents:

Melody\Arrangement: Similar to your "Battle Amongst the Trees" song
Instruments: Instead of using Orchestral instruments, I'd prefer happy\fiesta\fun instruments for this one:
Trumpet (melody), Trombone
Xylophone
Drums (quick rolls -- similar to marching songs)
Tempo\Pacing: Allegro (fast) at start, Ritardando and forte for a short time at the middle, then Accelerando at the end (looping).

Melody\Arrangement: lighthearted, upbeat and kinda Irish sounding
Instruments: Fiddle, Harmonica and anything else you feel that fits it
Tempo\Pacing: Fast
Additional: A song to be played during any of several pub-style mini-games (predominently dice games). I realised recently that I can't find anything that fits right for me so I figured I'd make a request.

Loop: Yes
Melody\Arrangement: lighthearted, upbeat and kinda Irish sounding
Instruments: Fiddle, Harmonica and anything else you feel that fits it

Additional: A song to be played during any of several pub-style mini-games (predominently dice games). I realised recently that I can't find anything that fits right for me so I figured I'd make a request.

I've been working on this for quite a while now, and these tempo changes keep screwing up my software...
I've tried all kinds of solutions, but every time it all crashes. Is it okay if I skip those (otherwise I really don't know what to do...)?

Same problem there (stupid technology), though I can sort of simulate tempo changes, so hopefully it'll sound quite close to what you had in mind.

Theme: Forest Theme
Length: 2-3 min.
Loop: YES
Melody\Arrangement: A medium tempo with piano. Make it sound like a forest.
Instruments: Piano, wind chimes, Flute, Snare(Rolls mainly, maybe light tapping in sixteenth or even 8th notes!), any others that fit....whats that one that is a "log" filled with beads that makes a rainfall noise.....ah rainstick! maybe the timpanis..
Tempo\Pacing: Slow/Medium
Additional: A song to be played while walking through a forest. I think the flute and wind chimes would make it sound like a forest. Include any other you deem appropriate.
It'd be really good if you have lighthearted at the start(flute, windchimes, and snare with some 8th notes)...slowly gets a tad dark and then a nice and low timpani roll that ends in a crash cymbal that sends the song into a forte!


Oh yeah, what program do you use?? I'm very interested in composing lol!

The Love theme you made for RPG Lover is really nice. I really like the mood the voice oohs give, and I felt that it builds up the emotion, although it was more of a sad lover's song -- love for something general, in which, is yet to be found.

Melody\Arrangement: Soft for the first 10 seconds then crescendo to whatever you want (not too intense though)

Additional: This is the title screen song in my game, so make it good.

I'll get on it. Might skip an instrument or two, since those might mix badly or turn into a noisy racket, but we'll see.
And I use a variety of programs, mainly Magix Music Maker 17 (for the base tempo and secondary melodies, as well as simpler loops), then software like CuBase, or such, for editing.
