I made this a while back in blender with toon shaders. Only bad part is it's not in 2 passes so it has to be manually edited to be used in your game. I dug up the original .blend file for it but it would have taken forever to re-apply the materials and get the lighting the same as it was before. So unfortunately this is all that remains.
Free for everyone to use as they wish.
