Ok so I created a unique item that lets the player teleport themselves to a certain map in the "Heavens". When they want to return though, I want to make it so it returns them to the exact tile they were standing on before they used the item. Now I created a common event for the item, but how do I return them to where they were before?
In the common event that is linked to the item, simply use three variables to store the player's X and Y coordinates, and the map ID. Then when transferring the player back, you can choose these variables instead of selecting a map manually, and it'll transfer the player back to where they left off.
