Newbie needs help getting to the site, (Sorry if this is in the wrong place!)

Type: Undisclosed	Like the above said, I couldn't figure out where this should go, but I've got an odd problem. I can't connect to this site normally. If I try to go to either http://www.rpgrevolution.com or http://www.rpgmakervx.net/ I get a 'Cannot be displayed' error. But if I run through Kproxy, I can. Is there some setting screwed up with my net?
