I couldn't find a VXA board so I posted here being somewhat close? Anyone know how to get the vehicle system to work on something like a train track? I have a mine cart in my game that I would like the minecart to only be able run only on the track but the ships can only run on water tiles. Is what I'm trying to do possible? Aslo if its possible, am I able to switch between sea vehicles and track vehicles?

Are you talking about in VX or in Ace? Anyways learn how to master with Event and you can do it. Event allows you to also do anything.

It is open source. You can look at the events. And she has a mine cart game. So you can see how it is done. I tried, I can't find anything that would allow the vehicle to temporarily ride on the train tracks on my dungeon.

Make tracks passable (o passage settings) and make the ground around it an impassable floor tile.
I don't know what you're using but I don't even know how to use minecarts in RMVX --------------------  My epic game. Put this in your siggy if you support it!
