it doesnt rely on a regular clock, its a built in custom clock system, it doesnt run off real-time

it is possible, just not with this system

guys im working on another version which allows of 3 choices, the clock that we have, a hundred hour clock addon instead, or just a D/N/W (day/night/weather) cycle meter thing

I like it a lot. It seems to work very well with the lighting system... However, (I understand that this is just eventing) I think some scripting to get the date/time inside the menu would be better than having it hog up your screen.
But overall, I love it. Just what's needed. |

thats what I said earlier, to have a system settup to where it takes the clock variables and displays them in the menu, however I can make the images smaller and display them in a single row at the top right corner so it doesnt hog up alot.

A farming system is 100 % possible with this.
umm as for the specific day, please refer to the little girl, shes setup to say certain stuff on specific holidays. so go off of how she is setup. if your not sure or don't understand well here's how you do it... 0 = January, 11 = December 0 = Sunday, 6 = Saturday ----------------------------------------------- @> Conditional Branch: Variable [0008:Month] == 0 @>Conditional Branch: Variable [0007:Day Number] == 0 @> Comment: Event or whatever goes here : Branch end : Branch End ----------------------------------------------- Im currently working on a project atm, but if you can point me to the direction of a event based farming system or w/e I can create a addon for the farm system. The day and night town i was going to work on, ill add a farm setup for it as well. so when I do release day and night town at a later date itll have it. I donot have a release date for Day and Night town as im currently working on a project. Ill have a suggestion topic in my blog for day and night town. hey guys. Sry day and night town isnt out yet. but I wanted to find a way to cut out any and all the lag for you guys. and I have done that. right now ill upload version 3 of the dns system when I finish with the farming system and 1 other system i wanted to incorporate.

I had an idea for adding images (icons) to show what weather is going on and all but im not quite sure yet because it would require me to rewrite the weather setup

How would you make it so people go to different places at certain times? I'm trying to make it so, when it's night time people go into their homes, i've been trying to work with this for the past week, trying to make the set-up for the timed doors work but i haven't been able to do it. How would i go about that, i think it would make a really cool edition to my game :]

How Do I change the weather, I mean, when it comes on (like the rain) it follows you into the building. How can I stop that?

everythings included in the demo. Try checking the door events, the solution to your question is there.
To slow down time go to the common event called minutes. Change the wait frames about the minutes +1 variable from 60 to whatever youd like it to be. sry ive been gone guys been working on some web software, I still am. But m willing to take support requests. I have noticed I did work a bit more on a new version. Ill see what I have left and get it ready to post up. Hi, I'm wondering how you change the starting time for the game and how you change the time for certain events o:
Like say you want one event to happen at night and then it fades out then when it fades back in it's daytime o: I tried setting the variables to this but then it goes to 8:50 then flashes to 8:51 for a second then goes back to 8:50 |
