Instructions:

Paste the script above the Main, then configure the module Rafidelis the name of the images that will be used, the opacity
of lights, speed of movement of the fog lights and so on.

I really want to use this script but i am am having trouble configuring the script to my needs, as a lot of the script isn't in english. Could you please explain to me how to configure it?

I manage to download it, but when i try to play it some error appear.
it said that "RGSS200E.dll could not be found".
Beside that i can't understand the language used in that script.
Please translate it to correct english.

First on errors with RGSS200E.dll, first download the dll RGSS200E and then copy it to the folder where you extracted the demo of the script, you can download the dll on the link below:

Now on the language used in the script, it is in Portuguese, I will try to make a demo in English, but I am no time.

The Error of "RGSS200E.dll could not be found". Can be fixed with a modification on the Game.txt on path of the demo...
When is "Library=RGSS200E.dll", change for "Library=RGSS202E.dll"!
That's funcional...

i just need to know how to speed up the dely cause i cant wait that long when im play testing cause i have to go into the game every 1 min.
